It was an awesome day's training with 15 members of our EFKS Sandringham family, a mixture of old and young, and parents and their children, who never faulted over 9 hours of intense training, under the the leadership and guidance of trainer Kat Purdie from A1 First Aid. She is an experienced and knowledgeable lady with a great sense of humour - without whom we would have all dozed off after the first hour. So, thank you Kat Purdie for the great training and getting us prepared to help others as First Aiders, especially our youths and young people who learnt a lot from her. The training would make available people with First Aid training at our many events and functions and during church services and activities. And those trained, would also be able to take their traning to their work places, schools, and homes. Many thanks to our HVAZ coordinator Aumua To'o Vaega from AH+ for organising this event.
